Every Catch is a Dribble and Every Dribble is a Pass

Watch as Coach Tyler Coston explains that he created this defense to create mini decisions for the opponent. The defender wants to make the ball handler make a decision at speed, in limited space with their weaker hand. The objective is to make every catch a dribble and every dribble a pass.
