Squat Technique for Throwers

Description from Coaches Insider:

Watch as Coach explains that squatting is one of the most important exercises for developing throwers’ speed and power. The feet should be shoulder width apart, but it depends on where the athlete is comfortable and same for the position of the feet. The athlete should keep their chest up, keep the pressure on the outside of the feet, and allow the hips to move backwards.
